About NPA
What is No Prior Authorization?
NPA is the digital operating system and resource library for med spas, injectors, and aesthetic practices. NPA is built by Danielle Alcala-Glazier and the clinical team behind Hello Gorgeous Med Spa in Oswego, Illinois.
Who created these products?
Templates and systems are developed by Danielle Alcala-Glazier (licensed esthetician, med spa founder) and reviewed with Ryan Kent, FNP-BC β content grounded in a working aesthetic practice, not generic agency downloads.
Who is NPA for?
Med spa owners, nurse injectors, NPs and PAs in aesthetics, estheticians, practice managers, and anyone building or scaling an aesthetic practice.
Do I need to be an NP or physician to use clinical products?
No. Clinical playbooks are educational resources for licensed providers to adapt within scope of practice. Business, marketing, and operations templates are for anyone running or marketing an aesthetic practice.
Products & format
What format are the products?
NPA digital products are delivered as print-ready HTML you open in any modern browser β print directly or use File β Print β Save as PDF. Social Media and some design-forward packs may also include optional Canva template links (Canva Free works). NCLEX and other study bundles use the same HTML delivery across multiple files. Nothing ships in the mail.
Can I edit and customize the templates?
Yes. Add your practice name, logo, provider details, and contact information in the browser before printing. Fields are designed to be edited without extra software.
Do I need Canva Pro?
No. Most products need only a web browser. If a product includes optional Canva links, Canvaβs free plan is sufficient unless you choose to upgrade.
Are these HIPAA compliant?
Templates are designed with HIPAA awareness. Requirements vary by state and entity type β have a qualified attorney review clinical and legal documents before use. Our HIPAA Compliance Kit and Medical Disclaimer System help you build the right foundation.
Can I use these for multiple locations?
Licensed for use within your own practice or business. Unlimited printing for staff and patients. No redistribution, resale, or sharing of original files with other practices.
Purchasing & delivery
How does delivery work?
After purchase you receive an email with a secure link. Open your files in the browser β print or save as PDF. Links are valid for 365 days unless stated otherwise on the product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards through Square secure checkout. Payment card data is handled by Square, not stored on our servers.
